All sales are final. Not for exchange, resale, or transfer. All passengers, including infants under the age of 5, are required to have a ticket to gain entry to the bus. Passenger agrees to follow all directions (including safety directions) of the driver, as well as all posted directions on the bus (including safety directions). Children 1-5 years old are free; over 5 years old require tickets to board. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Not responsible for tickets obtained from unauthorized sources which may not be valid. We reserve the right at any time to cancel tours, change departure & arrival times. Only cancelled tours are subject to refund, less any service charge, with no further amount than the face value of the ticket available for compensation. Be in the designated boarding area 20 minutes prior to your desired departure. All passengers and carry-on items are subject to search. Restricted and dangerous articles may not be brought on board. If you buy a ticket, you consent to have your image or likeness appear in any live or recorded video or other transmission or reproduction. The license granted herein is revocable for cause, upon refunding to passenger the ticket price. Submitting an order in person, via telephone, online or via fax indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions.
