Oak Bluffs, with its "gingerbread" cottages and gazeboed ocean front park, is a victorian era summer resort community of national repute. The rural township of Chilmark offers views of glistening ponds and long white beaches. Vineyard Haven is the Island's multifaceted and picturesque canter of commerce; a year-round port anchored by a wooden boat building industry. The towns on Martha's Vineyard offer diversity to the visitor, but share a spirit of Yankee independence due to their separation from the mainland. There truly is a Vineyard character & visitors are quick to appreciate it. The tours take approximately two and a half hours including a thirty minute stop at the Gay Head Cliffs.
